Athlete of the Month
We are so excited to begin our Athlete of the Month series at CFB, and wanted to give everyone an explanation of WHAT defines an Athlete of the Month and WHY we wanted to do this.
An Athlete of the Month isn’t necessarily the person with the fastest WOD times, highest strength numbers, or most PR’s. An Athlete of the Month is someone who carries a positive attitude with them each time they walk through the doors at CFB. They show up early, work on extra skills, and give everything they’ve got in each WOD. At CFB, we pride ourselves on having an outstanding, close-knit community, and an Athlete of the Month exemplifies the traits that make this community so great.
You’ll find each Athlete of the Month introducing themselves to new members, encouraging others through workouts, and sticking around after class ends to better get to know their fellow members. We have an amazing crew here at CFB, and we can’t wait to show you guys off each month and help you get to know one another through a fun series of Q&A.
